‘Going for Gold’: VisionWare achieve Microsoft Gold Partner Status

Today leading Master Data Management vendor VisionWare announced that they are once again Microsoft Gold Certified for the Data Platform competency. This is an important statement of intent from VisionWare who continue to be positioned as the ‘go to’ Master Data Management (MDM) vendor for Microsoft friendly organisations that are seeking alternatives to MDS.

VisionWare’s strong differentiation for Microsoft customers spans from a deep integration into Microsoft Dynamics CRM all the way through to the ability to host their MDM platform in the Azure Cloud. “Achieving Gold status allows us to continue to innovate on the Microsoft solution stack” states Gordon Cooper, CEO and founder of VisionWare. “We are proud of our track record in developing the richest MDM integration into Microsoft Dynamics CRM that allows business users to leverage all of the benefits of a single customer view at the point of client engagement.”

VisionWare’s Auris module, part of the 20:20 Platform for Customer Context, allows organisations to leverage Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a portal into customer records previously held in disparate and disconnected line of business applications across the enterprise. This effectively enables users to have rich and powerful insight into all previous customer interactions as and when they need to deliver a service, deal with a claim or complaint or attempt to cross-sell and upsell further offerings.

“We continue to have a very strong proposition and go-to-market with Microsoft” Cooper adds. “This is evidenced by our commitment to other key initiatives such as CityNext and has culminated in a range of shared customers across state & local government and insurance.”
