Independent study puts VisionWare among the leaders in MDM for technology and customer satisfaction
Boston, MA — July 28, 2015 —VisionWare are proud to be named as one of the leading technology vendors in the Master Data Management (MDM) space in this year's Market Landscape for 2015 by independent analyst firm The Information Difference.
According to the report the Master Data Management market is one of the fastest growing enterprise software markets and has reached the $1.2 billion revenue mark - based on software sales alone. Of the 16 vendors positioned within the research VisionWare were deemed to have the happiest customers in the customer MDM market (based on reference customers surveyed by the Information Difference) outperforming the likes of Informatica, Orchestra Networks and IBM.
"Our customers are our #1 priority and we’re pleased to see our commitment to their success reflected in this research” said Paul Roscoe, CEO of VisionWare. "We strive to align our domain knowledge, responsiveness and scalability with our customer’s business goals; thus enabling them to realize measurable value as it relates to cost, quality and efficiency.”
One of the key trends picked up in this year's report was the fact that people costs associated with MDM projects outweigh the cost of software by four times, suggesting a 'large and separate consultancy market associated with MDM'. On this topic, Paul Roscoe stated, "this statistic highlights the need to ensure that the implementation efforts associated with an MDM project are as predictable as possible. Our transparent pricing, predictable services requirements and superior performance on low cost hardware combine to deliver our customers with the most favorable total cost of ownership on the market today.”
